Hello to all my loyal buyers!  Just to let you know, to  the faithful buyers that so generously have me on their FAVORITE SELLER LIST that I will be on vacation for the most part of July.  This upcoming weekend is the last weekend I will have auctions until July 21st, when I will return.  I didn't want any of you to think I was quitting.  We are heading to Europe to visit family and hopefully I can find some really cool books there that I can't find here!  Thanks for your loyality and look for my auctions beginning back on July 21st.  Thanks a bunch!  Regards, Becki

I just want to take a moment to talk about shipping and handling fees.  I sell books.  Books tend to be heavy.  Heavy costs more to ship.  I have no control over what the post office charges.  I only add a small handling fee to help cover some of my added expenses.  I am not trying to make money off of handling fees.  That handling fee covers delivery comfirmation and packing materials. Even though I  usually use recycled boxes and newspaper for stuffing, I do use bubble mailers as well and also shipping labels, ink, packing tape and other supplies, not to mention the gas to go to the post office every day to make sure your package is shipped the same day.  This all adds up.  I just want to explain that when a bulk lot costs $20 or so to ship, it is probably around 50 pounds and out of that $20, only around 2 dollars is handling.   I am not trying to lecture or complain, just educating to some who may not realize how expensive shipping can be.  With the new rating system, it appears that some people dont' really realize.

Well, I have finally done it.  I am so excited.  I have worked very hard over the past few months but I finally obtained the priviage of being an eBay PowerSeller!  I love selling books on eBay and I have fortunatly been able to increase my inventory lately with a lot of local book sales.  In the next few weeks I will be posting some single author lots.  I tend to stick to mixed lots but my wonderful mother bequeathed me her stash of bestselling suspense/thrillers and she had several large groups of certain authors.  Look for Ann Rule, James Patterson, Patricia Cornwell, Tom Clancy, David Baldacci, Stuart Woods and more.  If you have any requests, let me know and I can keep my eyes out for you.  Add me to your favorite sellers list, I always have new auctions weekly, usually posting on Monday and Tuesday evenings for auctions ending on Saturday and Sunday.
