Now easier to navigate and lots more artwork displayed! I had a lot of fun and hope to post more pics soon www.pinkdilla.com Give more this Christmas and New year!Posted Dec-13-07 18:21:36 PST I'm really sorry to say that I had fallen behind in Charitable giving in the past few years for 2 major reasons. #1 being I am from a family of 9 siblings and #2 being that I have kids, so it never seemed that my account wasn't in the red the week after Christmas. For the past 2 years I have found that the easiest way to have more to really give at Christmas time was to shop early (I mean like the 75% off sales the Friday after Christmas) and to start giving Charitable contributions around Thanksgiving so it is evened out over several paychecks. Some of the Best organizations are those that help kids such as St Judes, Toys 4 Tots, Compassion INT, and more. But don't let yourself get caught up in the season and then wonder "What was it all about"? Do Something! Give anything! And you will be closer to finding the real meaning. www.pinkdilla.com Great Gift for Christmas!Posted Nov-26-07 17:44:07 PST I went out to my mailbox yesterday and was so surprised to find a Gallery magazine Winter 2008 issue! I'm like 2008?? I was even more shocked and surprised to have some of my original one of a kind Siren Mermaid Paperdolls in the issue! But you don't have to wait til next Fall to check the issue or the dolls out, there is a fabulous preview on www.pinkdilla.com Pinkdilla is here!Posted Oct-02-07 20:15:14 PDT I'm really excited to have my own blog up and running www.pinkdilla.com Hopefully I will be updating weekly and adding more fun goodies! My paperdoll is in the book!Posted May-21-07 14:05:53 PDT Updated Oct-02-07 20:12:35 PDT I'm so excited to learn that my 2nd paperdoll submitted for publication is going to be in the upcoming book Somerset Holidays and Somerset Memories magazine Fall 2007! I was in a real funk at the beginning of the year and so I started making and decorating my very own paperdolls! I was having so much fun I made 8! The first one was published in RubberstampMadness magazine and I was really thrilled and now to have the 2nd one published also is so exciting! It makes the depressing holidays and blah winter turn into a great creative experience! |
