well I should have know that this transaction was going to be a newbie nightmare... they emailed me to combine shipping with another buyers items???huh!!!
so now I understand why I have seen some folks state that they will only combine shipping and give discount for "their" items!!!
now the buyer is threating me to change my feedback neg to neutral. I gave them a full $ refund even if they did not purchase insurance. they said that items came damaged because I made a flat cardboard box for item. states I made box because I wanted to save $ (I have had to make many boxes for odd shaped items and have never had a problem) actually takes more time and $ to do that than shove it into wrong size box.
not sure what to do with this one?
never had this type of problem!
