I worked in my weed garden last night and my son and hubby helped.  Boy just 1 hour and it actually looks like a real garden again!!! I am so excited.  We...Hubby pulled a HUGE ROCK out of the woods and rolled it into the garden to add some height and boy what a change.  Less planting to do.

Gonna pack up my stuff for the post and get back out and get some more work done!

to get paid for something folks bid on and won?  I know it has been asked b4...but how many emails and time do you let go by b4you just file a dispute? 

It seems that I wait and wait to get paid, send a few email reminders and still nothing?  If you send me a note to say $ is coming or something, I do not mind waiting.  but no response is not right.

So I think I have had to send at least 4 emails and now I just file a dispute....I think it is reasonable.

we were invited to a 40th birthday EVENT for a good friends.  Both hubby and wife are having a joint party at a great site...sit down meal with dancing.

Do we get a gag gift or something nice? To make matters worse, they already have EVERYTHING in the world that they need! or if they want something they get it...

They had eloped and are kind of looking at this party as the "wedding" they never had.  My hubby thinks it is a gag gift, I think it should be something nice?

Help and suggestions for both gifts would be great!

The family is going to the Red Sox game tonight!  I feel bad for the kids because they have their MCAS (school) testing in the morning and it will be a late night...but hey its my birthday and its all about me today:)

The last week or so I have had to track packages from the post office.

 1 sent may 2nd still has not arrived to sender... tracking info is there 1 day and gone the next, I have called the post and they are no help because I have to wait a certain amount of days to make a claim.

1 was sent to the WRONG POST OFFICE... so delay in delivery

2 folks had incorrect address in pay pal and they came back to me...had to re send (at their cost)

1 UPS wanted delivered to different address and I was not given that address?!!!

so that is what I have been up to!

I can just imagine what my DSR's are going to be!:((((

When I added best offer to many of my listitngs, I was thinking...oh I am going to have to respond to so many "offers" but they are far and few between! 

When I am looking for something and it has best offer I put it out there and if it sticks great!  If not try again!

I guess I do not understand what goes into the thinking of folks who bid and then do not respond or pay?  Since the new rules this is the 3rd non payer... (1 ended up paying)

But really! What gives?  If you do not have the money then do not bid... thats what I thought.  Kind of like the credit card... the bill is going to come eventually and there is nothing you can do but pay.

I want to make sure my kids learn this lesson so that they become financially responsible.  Too many young folks getting into trouble with thinking credit cards are not REAL money!

Hubby and  kids planned a GREAT Mother's Day weekend and we enjoyed every moment of it!!! Thanks Dad and Kids:) You are the best!

Now back to reality of laundry and work...:(  I want to make it to the Post office before the weather gets REALLY bad here!
