OddRodd's OddThoughts

It's my blog and I'll do what I want to!

Hey, ya know what? I've got a store on eBay! A store that is, by the way, bringing in almost no money each and every month that goes by. So, with absolutely no concern for the feathers that may be ruffled by my putting the occasional store item up for your perusal, here is one of my absolute favorite items from my store. I like it so much, in fact, that it is my 2nd choice of carryin' knife and my 1st choice if I think I'll be doing any medium to heavy duty cutting with it. It's also no.1 if I'm feeling the need to have the softball buddies ooh and aaah a bit. The blade on this beauty is hollow ground to the point that a person willing to do a little fine honing can literally come up with a surgical edge, and you know how nice it is when you've got one hand full of critter and the other hand half full of critter and half full of SHARP cutting implement. The edge is what's gonna determine if you get that animal cleaned and skinned without making hamburger of your fingers at the same time. Without going too nutso with my promo, it's a good knife, it's good looking, performs well and makes the buddies ooh and aah. It's available in my store which you can easily find if you're reading this. Come on over and buy one, you'll like it, and if you like the styling but don't care for the toolwork in the blade, heck, I've got one of those too!

Great knives but I use my husbands buck knife when I gut my deer.

Machetes happen to be wonderful at removing skin imperfections of many kinds!
