Is anyone else giving up cigs, I never knew it could be so hard.I tried to quit last month and found it really hard, I only lasted a week before giving in. But as a footballer I knew I had to quit, so a couple of weeks ago, I bought some niquitin patches and the've really helped. I recamend them to anyone trying to quit. Don't give in!

My mum's friend has just been diagnosed with breast cancer, and my iv'e lost two uncles to lung cancer. I always do what I can to raise money for cancer charities, so i'm writing this blog to ask you to take just a minute or two to visit my mum's sponsership raising website, take a look and maybe donate a small amount to help my mum reach her target before she goes on her run on july 20th in st albans, and to help cancer research do more to help 1 in 3 people all over the uk.
