I bought and paid for a item the day I won I have a stellar rep. on eBay. But I should have taken my own advice and checked out this seller, but I did not have time. Now I have been sc_e_ed by Black Apple On Line they have a store that sells electronic items. Well I am here to OUT them as FRAUDS. They take your money but never send you the purchased item. I have reported them to anyone and everyone I could. In reading their feedback about 37 people this month have had the same or similar problems. In the last 6 month 41 and in the last year 40. These people give a bad name to EBAY, and The Honest SELLERS I am glad that they were not my 1st purchase because I would have stopped right then and not returned! Help me bring these crooks down!
WELL, Guess who actually contacted me today.
AFTER HOW MANY EMAILS? He told me the item was delivered at 1:16 or 1:19 to Casper. I was home all day as I am most and I did not get a thing. I have posted his negative feedback, and finally put this in to disputed escalation with paypal......And Oh my god Look Who finally wrote back.
I have also noticed in contacting others that he has posted negative feedback today on many of your feedback. His statement is that we did not give him enough time.....HA what does he need 3 years to respond his bay business is not really bouncing with business.
WELL IT IS ME AGAINAND THAT A___H___ just gave me a negative feedback. Stating that he did not have time to resolve this matter what BS. I have been writing him for weeks!

My personal opinion: I have to say they made Ericka in to a villain for doing what they all did. So I felt they were kind of hypocrites and should have given her more votes! I have written several nice notes letting them know I posted positive feedback for them. They have not responded. I have told them that this is affecting my interest in buying with them in the future! They have not responded. I have allowed time to go by incase of problems but they are posting sales and still they have not responded! I need all my feedback so I can bid on another item that requires 20 positive feedback.
What is a girl to-do? I feel like going back and changing their feedback but the sale went fine it is just the feedback.

negatives can a seller have in a given time period? is there a presentage variable that you look at. Since burned, I have been really looking hard at sellers of products I am considering bidding on. I know tons of other people that would also like to know this since they to were cheated by this individual. Also what has beenh done to blackappleonline? I love the Thomas the tank wooden toys. I also enjoy other toys my toddlers love. Jay Jay the Jet plane is pretty cool. I don't want to step on anyone's toes and I have heard that competitors can be nasty at time. Bidding on your stuff and not paying is this true and how do you prevent this behavior? Is there any thing else I should beware of? I am extremely honest by nature, and really try to do business with people that have been good to me. So how do I prevent these people from going after me? You may receive a notice telling you that they need you to reconfirmed your information. In doing so they want your credit info. again. DON'T fill any thing out until you send it to the Spoof eBay folks They will write back to you letting you know if it is legit. or not. When in doubt always send it to them. You could save your identity, your money, and your financial life. Now that they have both the ability for someone to use a credit card or a bank account it is much safer and easyer for you to use. Paypal insures all your purchases. Cost nothing for the buyer to use!!! If you really want to be secure in your purchases you can get their credit card to use exclusivly on their site. OR Opening a bank account just for your ebay purchasing. These are really smart moves. Some sellers don't use paypal ask them why when considering bidding with them. Some may be 1st time sellers or they may only be selling one or two items and it would take to much out of their profit. Still check into a more secure payment method with them. If you are sending a money order or check send it so they have to sign a reciept that is returned to you. This way you know they got it. Sending personal checks is not the best way to go. Go out and get a Money Order or a American Express Travlers Check. The American Express travelers check is the safest way to go since if it is lost or stolen you can get reimbursed. Money orders have no such insurance, and if lost you are out the money!
Compairson shopping before biddingPosted Aug-13-06 09:59:22 PDT 1. Look on the internet for regular retail shops that carry the item you are looking for. Then find the one who has the best prices. Keep that page open when going to shop on Ebay this is a great reference for not bidding over the retail price. 2. Don't get caught up in the excitment of bidding use your retail site to make smart choices. 3. Before bidding compaire several Ebay retailers with the same item. And send them to your watching area on MyEbay. Some offer free shipping if you buy multiple items from them. Some items being sold are NIB (New in Box), some a used , worn, broken. 4. ALWAYS read the item described closely!!!!! 5. Also check the sellers comments and reviews give to them by other buyers. They may have a huge number next to their member name but have a ton of bad comments. Look at and read all the bad comments so you are aware of their downfalls. You may want to bid on one of their competors because of the comments. Sometimes it is worth an extra $ to go with a seller with a great record. 6. Aks the seller all your questions before bidding this is very important! 7.
