Any one else ripped off by kingdavidcellular ?

I believe he got away with a lot of money without shipping anything right before Christmas.

 His real name is Samuael Mandel, and his address was listed as Monroe, NY. I was taken for money also, but not as much as some of his items brought, some people probably lost over 100.00 !

 Ebay and Paypal take too long in responding, why should you have to wait 10 days to file a "item not recieved" report when the seller gets listed as an "unregistered user" That is like a huge red flag that is basically saying that you have just been taken. This has happened to me several times. Good back feedback rating of at least over 95% and still they rip you off!

How do we watch out for these people? How can we check to see if they have registered under a different name? I believe we need more info from ebay about a seller so we can protect our money that we send out. More info so that if that person rips off people and signs back up again we will know. There has to be something that can be done to keep this auction site more honest and secure.
