I received an item that was trash in my opinion, and yes I asked about scratches and he told me there was none prior to placing bid. He tells me just send it back, but the refund will be $6.00 less than I paid because actual shipping was $24 VS $18 that was in his listing. I am really PO'ed with this jerk, how does everyone recommend I deal with this type of unscrupulous individual?
