Subaru Forester 1999 JDM conversion.(Installing digital climate control) to a UK Forester (with basic cable control air con)

Help!My UK Forester is basic compared to a JDM model!
Ive done the mirrors, they are electric folding now.
Now is the digital climate control.
I bought the main unit.Now I need all the associated electric motors for operating the vent controls!Plus the electric fan? How does the unit control this?

Probably need the whole unit & gubbings out of a JDM forester.

Any ideas?
