I worked on a site in Blackburn where I have come across a number of bottles. stoneware bottles and other items of interest. Some of the items are probably a collectors item so want to get them on ebay as i'm not a collector. The bottles are very dirty and have stains that  don't come off with simple soap and water. I would appreciate any cleaning tips you may have

I have just received negative feedback from a very bitter seller. I gave him negative feedback as i never received the item which i fully paid for and the communication from the seller was very poor. I opened a dispute and this got the sellers attention, eventually, where they gave a tracking number. I looked this up and tracked the item to a mall in the U.S. I even called U.K. customs before hand and they had no such item. I persued the dispute and eventually got my money back although it took a few months. Had i not opened a dispute then i would have lost out and the seller would have been happy with my money. I wonder how many buyers who haven't received their item haven't opened a dispute and the seller has got away with it. Very very unhappy with this seller as they have left me neg. feedback (which is unjustified) just because i left neg. feedback for them.
