Thanks to all who had some wine with me last night. I left the blog with about 12 comments and when I just went in to blog this, I saw 238 comments. Wow. And it was quite the comments. Thanks for the entertainment guys, especially Bayker and Ludicrous. You made my morning and were hilarious. Maybe I will win something in the next part of the contest.

Hi guys. What a day!! I have a ton of new realty terms in my brain. I swear, my brain just doesn't want to absord new info. That was quite a 4 hour marathon today. The only thing I could think of was opening this bottle of red when I walked in about 5:30. Well I have to say this is some of the nicest wine I have had in a while. Deelish!!!! So now the realty terms of the day are swimming in a pool of red wine and I am relaxed. How has your evening been?

I am so mad about this! I was going to use a buy it now for a higher dollar item and I emailed the seller to ask some questions. She answered me and got her nose a bit out of joint for no reason, but I emailed her back and apologized if I had offended her with my questions. With that said, I went to purchase the item with the buy it now, satisfied with her answers, and she had blocked me from bidding. So I have to summise that her item was either a fake or was defective and she is trying to pass it off as new or non defective and knew I would call her on it. I wish I could warn people. I guess I could warn in blogland but I haven't heard of anyone in here looking for a coach purse right now.

Hi all. I have had a lazy day today. I watched Tiger Woods win yet another tournament. He has won this particular tourney 6 times. His take has been 6.6 mil forhis 6 wins. That is more than Jack Nicolaus earned his entire career. Unbelievable. Anyway, it was fun and went into a sudden death playoff. I am also having a custom template made for my store auctions. I am so looking forward to them looking better amd more professional. I have done pretty well without it but it will be fun to see my descriptions looking nicer. Also, I won't have to pay for added pics. So, how was your day?

Just heard from Frogmom. She said it is weird in blogland right now and she doesn't want pt blog until Ebays contest is over. She is also getting her 12 yr old ready to start school and is behind on her oobi listings. Anyway, all is well. Please look below at my Good Morning post. I painstakingly got my picture of my 3 pups on it. It only took me a few minutes too. Last night it took me forever!! I am so excited I figured it out!!

Now  I don't know how to resize yet.
