What a glorious cold drabby morning. It is just beginning to break light here in AZ but I am feeling great. No stress to be found anywhere and you should see the pile of laundry waiting. Gotta be 7 or so loads. My studying days are behind me. I passed my realty exams last night. Look out AZ. There is another realtor on the loose. Well almost. Ahhh yes. A great day ahead. And I get to spend it with all my fine friends in Blogland!!! Thanks for being there for me with all your support and listening to my whining about studying. WHOO HOO!!

I am a licensed realtor in the state of AZ!!!!! Thanks to all of you that have supported me from the beginning and all of you others I have met along the way. WHOO FRIKKIN HOO!!!!!!!! Time to crack open the champagne. i am just waiting for a certain boyfriend to get here to do just that. It was really hard too but I passed!!!!!! I am so happy. I did the happy dance right there in the testing center. Jiggled all over the place. I couldn't wait to share it with you guys. YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!

It is me. The boring study girl. I FINALLY have my realty licensing exam later this afternoon. I refuse to allow anything but a passing grade. I CAN NOT even consider failing and having to reschedule and more, UGH, studying. And then when I pass, which I will, I will get to starve as a realtor. Now how exciting is that!! Wish me luck! Then I can actually talk about something else for a change.

Just passing thru to say hi there to my blog friends. So, HI! Just ran to the p.o. to ship some international packages and now it is shower time, then study time. I will be taking my state realty licensing exams (2 parts) tomorrow afternoon. Then when I pass, (notice I said WHEN) it will be PARTY TIME!!! Drinks will be on me. Hi all. This is just a reminder to send your prayers out to Bayker and her family as they fight the insidious brain tumor her son is coping with. They are seeing a doc next week but either way it isn't looking good and more than likely even if surgery is viable, it is likely to do more damage than good. Let's get those prayers going and see if we can send them a Christmas miracle. Can you imagine what it would be like to lose your baby? I can't even consider it without crying. Thanks and have a blessed Christmas.

Around this time of year I always have Baileys in the house. On Thanksgiving morning I make coffee and put Bailey's in it. I keep the tradition going thru New years when I can, and then stop buying it. Otherwise, i would NEVER get anything done. So Baileys' is my fave holiday time drink. I am having some over ice right now. YAY!!

So wahzzup my fellow bloggers??? I have been studying. (What else these days?) Not as much as I should have but I started again yesterday and blew off today. I CAN NOT WAIT till me state test is done next Wed. Another 8 days. Big friggin sigh!! The holidays are looming and I haven't even begun to think about it. In fact, I have head my head so far up my studious butt, I made a 6K payment for ebay purchases online Sunday to my cc company and forgot to move the funds in to cover it. NICE. So i just had to fix that. I thought it weird that I had -0- in my checking account when there was supposed to be some money in there. What a mess. But luckily a fixable one. So turkey day is almost here. I am taking my family out to dinner. YIPPEE. No dishes. And best of all, no leftovers. Hate those. Anyway, what is new with you guys?

Ok. For you who haven't seen my fab item, it is Butler vintage dental floss from 1988 in its original package. My daughter bet me I couldn't sell it. I said I could and then the bet went further. She said if it got to a certain amount, she would clean the kitchen for 2 full weeks. She is the queen of procrastination and I would give anything to see this even for 1 day! With half and half and one packet of sweet and low. MMMmmmm. It just hits the spot this morning. Countdown starts now for my actual state licensing exam. The soonest I could get it scheduled was 11/28. So I still have 12 days to go. That means cracking these real estate books for 12 more days so I don't forget all the useless factoids that i will never need to know again. It is so weird how it is done. One has to take this incredibly hard school test just to be entitled to take the state test. I hear the state test is not as hard. This time is given in 2 parts. I scheduled them back to back so that will be 3.5 hours. I will be working on a computer this time instead of filling in the little black ovals. Not sure if that is easier or not. I plan to breeze thru these 2 as well. Sorry. didn't mean to go off on my exam stuff again. Let's se. I was talking about coffee. I need a refill....

I have put my test off for about a month and had it scheduled I think 3 times. Well I took it yesterday, and I PASSED. Wow!! I am blown away. I went over to the school to pick up my certificate this afternoon and scheduled my state licensing test. First time they could get me in is on Nov 29th So I still have another test to take but that's ok. Can't take the state test unless you pass the school test and I PASSED. Pass the champagne and have a great night!!! WHOO HOO!!!!!!!!
