Good morning from Vegas.  Been a fun weekend and I have a 4pm flight home.  I still can't sleep in no matter how I try.  It is only 7:50 here and I am typing to you.  I saw the Beatles Love Cirque de Soleil show last night and I don't even have a word to explain how fabulous it was.  Well I guess spiritual would be a good one.  If you ever have the chance to see this show, see it.  Wow and double wow.  Man, i could sure use some coffee.  So how was your weekend so far?

Can you believe it?  I made a phone call to a guy who is at the top of paypals food chain the day before yesterday.  He called me back today and told me I didn't have to do another thing.  No police report.  Nada.  They were going to credit me 93.99 tomorrow!!  He could see by my feedback and the amount of volume coming through my paypal account that I am honest and forthright.  Yippee.  Sadly though, they can not take the money away from tan-skin, the thief.  But even though he said on the record he is not allowed to tell me anything that was going on with the thief, I know they are investigating her now.  It seems that if people have a pattern of the same type of issue and get money back over and over again for that same said issue, they do get investigated.  So I guess this is over for me.  I am so pleased that finally someone took the time to look and actually listen to what I was saying and actually viewed the evidence.  Thank you all my supportive bloggers that cheered me thru this whole ugly mess. The good guy won this time.  How bout that.  Unexpected!!  And to top it off, for the first time since I have been blogging (since July)  I have a view source box and all the choices just like everyone else.  So my first foray is this bigger font.  I hope I can start putting pics in now too.  I know I can do it with photobucket but now I can do it directly with my view source box.  So I have got 2 big WHOO HOOS in this post!!!  

I just received an email from a buyer who purchased a Bebe tote from me. He said the tote is great but my measurement was a half inch off and his girlfriend can't fit her checkbook easily inside the bag. It is difficult to get the checkbook in and out. Then he says, like you I strive to maintain my 100% positive feedback and I would greatly appreciate you refunding my money upon receipt of the bag. I don't know about you but that sounds like feedback blackmail to me. Blackmail to keep from him leaving a negative. I will ALWAYS refund the money of a buyer who is unhappy. Sounds more like this buyer's girlfriend just didn't like the bag or something like that. I told him I would refund his winning bid amount and all he had to do was ask. I also said I didn't appreciate him using my perfect feedback record as a blackmail tool. I really wanted to tell him something totally rude but of course, I didn't. I think blackmail for a pos fdbk simply sucks.

Ok. Took me an hour to locate a sub station for the police. It had moved for the 3rd time in 2 years and is now in a new community rec center. Don't ask. When when I finally found them and talked to a real live person, they said they couldn't take a police report there. So, I called a number she told me to call and after explaining the issue, they said I needed to call another number or email the FBI. I explained again and he said well this is not the right number to call for this issue so I then said, sir, I just need to file a police report so I may get my money back from paypal. Please transfer me to a dept. that can help me! I said, I will be happy to file a report with the FBI to stop this evil woman, but please let me file a report. SO, they transfer me back to the first number and I spoke to someone different so I had to tell the story again. They said they would have someone call me to file a report and in about 45 minutes, this really nice police officer called me. I told him the story and he opened a report with Mary King's name and address. At the end of about 10 minutes, I asked if he could fax me a copy of the police report and he said, no maam, sorry I can't. You will have to come down to the main Phoenix police station, which is in a not very nice part of town btw, and about a half hour or so away from where I live. So I probably can not get there until Monday but I do have 10 days to send a copy of the report to paypal. Even though all my time and gas is being spent, it is worth it if this means anything at all happening to that witch who stole my boots. I am going to go to the p.o. as well where I am personal friends with everyone who works there. I am going to see if I can get a letter that verifies that the weight of the box is exactly what it is empty and that there could not have been anything inside it. Anything I can do that puts Mary King's name and fraud together, I will do. I will also open a case with the FBI at the website the police officer gave me. I am no one's victim. I am going to the police station RIGHT NOW and file a complaint against MARY KING aka tan-skin on ebay, for being a thief for stealing my Bebe fur boots. I AM WOMAN, HEAR ME ROAR! MAKE THAT, I AM WOMAN EBAY POWERSELLER, HEAR ME ROAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I appealed paypal's decision to give tan-skin back her money as she sent me an empty box and told them she shipped me back my boots. I received and email from them this morning, that in order for them to consider my appeal, I must go file a report with my local authorities and fax it to them within 10 days or they will drop my appeal. They make it so easy for a thief to scam them, and she has done this more than once as her feedback shows, and make it hard for the honest person to win. It makes no sense at all but i am going tohead to my local police station shortly, and brong along paypal's request with my empty unopened box. I imagine they will let me file a report and then hopefully paypal will give me back my 94 bux. I don't know what else to say. This is totally retarded.

If any of you followed my boot drama last month here is the almost end of it. A buyer bought boots from me and said I sent her the wrong size. To make a long story extremely short, I offered her a full refund when the boots were returned and she wanted me to refund her before she sent back the boots. I said NO. Politely of course. She opened a dispute with paypal and then blocked all emails from me personally and thru ebay as well. She sent me an empty box with deliv. conf. and then sent the proof to paypal that she shipped me my boots. I sent them proof that the box she sent was empty as there was a 4 pound weight difference from the same box I sent her. It was being reviewed and this morning I receive an email from paypal that they have resolved the dispute in her favor since she returned the item. Does that beat all!!!!! I now opened a dispute against their resolution. Where is my paypal seller protection??? Items returned are supposed to be in the same condition as they were when they were sent. Well, my boots are invisible now and obviously not in the same condition since SHE NEVER RETURNED THEM. I can't believe they gave her 93.99 from my paypal account. Her ebay id is tan-skin. BLOCK HER and don't bid from her. She even has a neg feedback from a buyer of hers that says she sent an empty box. Wow. What a surprise. Jiminey Crickets!!!!!! What a liar and a thief. I would love to see it when her karma bites her in her behind.

What a weird day. It has been chilly, in the low 50's and rainy the last few days. I went into the mall with my girls at around 3 or so and when we came out I looked at them and said look at those clouds. It looks like snow. I am from back east so I know what clouds look like when it is going to snow. It was so cold when we came out and started getting windy. 2 minutes later we thought it started raining but it was snow flurries. What a rush!!! There is snow all over the valley and a ton of it just north of us. How much fun is that!! They say we might get snow showers overnight. I certainly hope so. My desert plants are already miserable!!!

This was happening yesterday too. Blog ghost at it again. Makes it really hard to chat. So how the heck are you my blog friends? I swear i think it is in the 30's here in the desert and it isn't even 8pm. Brrrr. So what's going on?

Hi there. Made it back from Utah from my daughters gym meet. We will find out tomorrow if she broke her finger. She did it during warm ups and even competed two events after the fact and then medaled on both. Crazy!! To totally change the subject I have about 40 or so items ending tonight and I have tons of watchers. I mean TONS!!! Right now only two items bid on so I hope the watchers stop watching and start bidding. How was your weekend?

Hi all! Well the gym meet is over. My daughter only competed two events. She broke her pointer finger during the stinkin warm up on floor and didn't tell anyone. Then she competed floor and vault. When she got to bars she had to scratch because she couldn't hold on. Then she scratched on beam as well. Oh brother. Another girl feel off the bars and broke her elbow. She is already scheduled for surgery back in AZ on Monday. Besides that, it has been fun. Been great one on one time with the kid. Oh yeah, by the way, she did place on both events which made us both laugh. Hanging out in the hotel room now.

Well I guess my title says it all. It is going to be about 3 degrees tonight. My daughter and her friend are checking out the hotel and her friends mom and I are hanging in the room. Free wifi is the best thing so far about Utah. Tomorrow brings a day of gymnastic competition. Then back home to sunny Phoenix on Sunday. The hardest thing about being here is this is the first time I am away from my little chihuahua Kiki. I miss my little tiny rat dog. I have her just about a year now and this is the first night she won't be snuggling under the blanket with me. I guess she will be snuggling next to my bfriend instead. I miss my other two little shih tzu dogs too. So my blog friends what have I missed in the few days?
