Saturday night roll call. Who is here?

Hi bloggers.  Just checking in on this fab but slow Saturday night.  So what's up with you?

Roll Call. Who is here in Blogland?

Hey there blog friends.  Just checking in to see who is here.  Just got back from a great dinner at Outback Steakhouse.  Not the best steaks in the world but tonight was rockin!!!  I have a crazy busy weekend ahead with an open house on Sunday.  Got all kinds of real estate classes coming up this week too.  I sure miss being home.  So, who's here?

Gotta go. Just that quick.

Have a great day blog friends.  Back to listing, laundrying, and real estating.  Happy sales to everyone!  Cya later.  Jodi

Taking a listing break to say hi!

Hello there!!!  Just taking a food break from listing and then will get back to it.  Also on my 2nd load of laundry and then will be off to a coworkers house in about an hour and a half to work on our realty listing presentation for our future clients.  My head is spinning at this new pace.  I prefer the old one with my ebay biz and hanging with my parnters all day.  My 3 dogs.  How's it going for you?

Morning Blogland!! It is wonderful to be here this morning for a change!

I have a morning filled with listing as much as I can list.  I bought a bunch of stuff over the weekend.  I sure hope sales pick up because I have a ton to pay for and Jan and Feb sales were as awful as predicted.  My afternoon will be filled with real estate stuff.  I am working on my listing presentation.  It is partially due on Thursday in my training class at my office.  So I am here for about 3 hours or so and will be popping in and out of the blogs.  So HI!!!!

Roll call. Who is here on this rainy desert night and how is the weather by you?

Hi there!!!!  I sure don't get to blog like I used to.  Between real estate and my ebay stuff, not much time to do anything else.  My house is a disaster to the point of embarassment.  My ebay stuff is EVERYWHERE.  Sales are still pretty slow for me.  So whatzzup with you?

My first open house. What do you know!!!

Well today is my first open house.  Hard to believe I discovered the blogs right before I started school.  Now here it is.  I think I have found 3 buyers this week too so it is pretty exciting.  On top of that i bought a ton of new stuff yesterday and I have to find time to get my pics and list.  I sure hope I start making so dinero soon.  That is after all, why we are all here!

Good Saturday Morning bloggers. It is a beautiful day here in the desert!

Hi all.  I am heading out to Bebe for a killer sale.  I expect to pick up some items for what I call a stupid deal.  That's the kind of deal where it is simply stupid not to buy it.  My fave kind.  Won't be here to reply but I wanted to say hi.  Been doing the real estate thing all week training in my new office.  It is overwhelming to absord all the new info.  I have my first open house tomorrow.  Yay.  Anyway, gotta run over to the mall.  Cya in a bit.  Hope everyone has had a great sale week.

Well I knew it!!! My buy it now buyer is a flake. I wish those npb's would just stay off ebay.

Good Sunday morning.  Just a venting post ahead.  I had someone use a buy it now yesterday on a pair of shoes for 109.00.  They only had one feedback and it was a neg for non payment.  I knew she was going to blow it off but I sent her a very nice email just asking for communication and to let me know that she did want the shoes.  Of course I didn't get any response and I wasn't expecting to.  So I just relisted the shoes and had to eat the 3.80 listing fee.  I could have chosen to wait for the unpaid process, but I can't even file a dispute till Sat and then as you all know, I have to wait another 7 days to get my fvf reversed.  Only then would I be able to relist the shoes and get my insertion fee refunded if, and only if the shoes sold.  In the meantime, I would have the shoes sitting here for two weeks simply collecting dust and taking up space.  I hate non paying losers.  They are actually equal to petty thieves since we lose money every time one of them wins one of our auctions.  Thanks for nodding your head along with me and understanding.  Thanks for listening too.  It helps that you guys undestand.  What does your Sunday look like?

Just went to paypal and it is on the front page when you log in. Explained in this post if you want to know.

It is a one time rebate and you have to go thru ebay checkout.  You buy something between Feb 8th and the end of March and the 15 bux is deposited into your paypal account in May.  Big whuup.

I just had a -1 newbie use a buy it now for a pair of $109 shoes. I do not have a good feeling about this...

Good morning.  Of course when I saw that I sold two items in my email this morning from last night, I was happy.  That is always a welcome sight.  When I went to my sold items to send invoices the happiness turned to Oh Crap pretty quick when I saw the feedback of one of the buyers.  I had a 10 day listing on a pair of designer shoes that I just started last night that cost 4.00 bux to list and the buyer of those said shoes had a -1 feedback rating. Now you know I am going to have to eat the 4 bux because I am not going to wait a whole week to relist these.  I emailed the buyer to thank them for the purchase but because of their feedback, I asked them to contact me by the end of today.  I request in every auction that if a buyer has any negs or 0 feedback to please email me before bidding.  Most serious buyers do.  I find that the ones that do actually read the description and email me asking if they may bid, almost always pay up.  When the newbies or the buyers with negs bid or use the b.i.n., they usually hang me out to dry.  I am hoping to hear from this buyer but I am doubting it.  So I will wait till tomorrow and if i don't hear from them, I will eat the 4 bux and relist the shoes.  And the ebay beat goes on.....

I made it thru!!! Whew. What a week. Been a long time since I have said TGIF!

Well I made it thru my first week training at my new realty office.  My head is going to explode with all the info.  I also had to go buy a new 'puter this afternoon.  Seems that the real estate world is connected to the PC world.  Considering that I am a MAC girl, it kinda puts me in an impossible position.  All my marketing and data base is PC compatible only.  So, I bought yet another PC and gave some more money to Bill Gates.  Of course I purchased the extended warranty.  It's windows.  Nuff said.  Anyway, I have a ton of stuff to do.  Haven't even taken the new puter out of the box.  I am going to meet up with another agent and sit an open house for a bit tomorrow.  See how it goes.  It is a whole new world.  I am thinking about a glass of wine right about now so if you will excuse me.....I'll be right back.  How was your week?

Saying hi and then have to run. This is so hard, I wish I was back in school!

Good morning.  Just a quick hi and then gotta run.  Just about finished my first week of training at my real estate office.  Got 2 hours more this morning.  OMG.  There is just so much info it is daunting.  I have 7 weeks to go and tons and tons of homework.  I have to go buy a new computer too because I run a MAC and all the office marketing is only pc compatible.  Oh well.  And I thought school was hard.  Anyway, I chose to start in this office because of the intense training program so I know what the heck I am doing when I go out there and sell homes.  Well, gotta run.  I miss blogging more than I can say.  Have to ship about 15 items when I get home today too.  Have a great Ebay day and sell lots of stuff.

I am thinking that the Blogland train needs to head west for a visit to the valley of the sun!

Morning bloggers.  It is going to be 80 degrees here today in Phx, AZ, sunny, and fabulous.  I am thinking a blog meeting at one of the resorts where we can all hang, trade selling ideas, and basically soak up the sun and fun together would be great.  In a perfect world, we could all meet tomorrow.  Sound good?

Well, the day is finally here. This is my first day of training after 6 months.

Morning blog friends.  Some of you have been with me on this wild ride since the beginning and some signed on in the middle.  Some of you don't know at all.  I started real estate school in August and today is the first day of my actual training as a Realtor.  I passed all my tests first time out the gate (there were 3 and they were hard) and now work for a great West Usa Realty office.  There will be 2 months of training, 3 days a week and then I will know what I am doing.  (Sure I will)  I am a little nervous but the hard part is over.  Now comes the good part.  Practical hands on training so I can make lots of dinero selling houses.  Many thanks to all of you that have been so supportive thru all of this.  I have a few minutes to chat so where else would I go.  To Blogland of course.

I was hoping that tonight was going to be great for ending auctions but it isn't looking that way. Ouch!

Guess the girls tuned into the super bowl as much as the guys tonight.  I was gambling on the fact that lots of women would be looking for stuff.  I have some selling tonight but it is not very pretty.  I'll say it again.  Ouch!  How has it been for you?  Sell stuff tonight?
