Shipping -- USA via Airmail

Starting February 2008,

ALL standard shipments to the USA will be made via Airmail.


Due to the problematic situations that had occured during the rush Christmas season, some items had not arrived in a quick enough time frame for customers via Surface shipments. We had strongly sugguested upgrading to Airmail but customers either did not notice or did not want to pay extra.

As a final solution we have removed surface shipment options, BUT also reasonably decreased the price of Airmail shipments to satisfy our customers. 

We hope these changes are effective and create significant service improvements.
