::My 21st B-day present & problems::

My mom wanted to get me something special for my 21st birthday in January. I let her use my account to bid on 2 dolls I wanted but was devistated when we lost the biddings. So she bidded on a few more dolls afterwards because she wanted me to have my present before I went back to school. My mom could only afford to buy the doll that was in a certain price range. In the end, my mom got a good deal on a doll for me. We couldn't afford the 2 other dolls. One seller was understand except for the one who cared more about the money instead of the happiness of the customer. We sent this person many messages but the person wouldn't take no for an answer. This just shows that money is more important to some people than others.

true. but they can choose not to buy the items. i personally think it is terrible that people buy items just to sell them for more than what it's worth. a good example of this would be the wii. Everyone went crazy trying to get their hands on the wii for their children for christmas. people stood in lines outside of stores for hours/days. whats sad is that some of the people who bought a wii ended up reselling them for more than the retail price. it's really sad to see this & to see people actually bidding/buying the overlly priced game system. the seller is of course happy they got a lot of money but it is probably a big hole in the bank for the parents who bought these wii's just to see their children happy on christmas even though they are broke from buying one gift.
