They reversed the charges on my account and will be refunding the money back to the buyers who already paid. Hopefully this doesnt happen again. What a pain in the butt. Does anyone know if Paypal has something that helps you get your money back when something like this happens? I feel so bad for the guy who sent payment already before i could contact him and tell him to not send payment. The email address on the listing for paypal payment wasnt mine so im not sure who he sent payment too. Im not a happy camper...Posted Oct-10-07 18:40:39 PDT Someone has managed to hack into my ebay account and use it to sell thier crap. I have 70 bucks worth of insertion fees...etc on my account while whoever did it is receiving money for the products through their paypal account. What a complete pain in my butt. I contacted ebay..still no word back yet. I ended all the auctions but 2 had already sold. One of the buyers i managed to catch before payment was sent but the other had already sent his. I wonder if theres some way for him to get his money back? Either way it really bites big time. |
