Most Recent Posts The AnswerPosted Jul-17-08 10:07:28 PDT I have been a stay at home mom for 12 years. And for 12 years I have searched high and low for a way to bring in some income while staying at home with my kids. For 12 years I have been disappointed time and time and time again. But, I have FINALLY found an answer. MY STORY... As most of you probably know, I have polycystic ovary syndrome which causes insulin resistance. Insulin resistance is simultaneously like Diabetes and completely the opposite of Diabetes. Your body produces tons of insulin, but your body doesn’t know how to use it. It means that your cells starve and everything you eat gets converted directly into fats. Because your body is “starving”, you crave carbohydrates for energy, but carbs are poison to your body because they elevate blood sugar and insulin levels. They just perpetuate the vicious cycle. Insulin resistance causes weight gain, and in the last 14 years I have gained over 100 pounds!! And, the weight isn’t the half of it. Starving cells are tired cells. When a cold or flu goes around, it’s guaranteed that I’ll get it and get it bigger badder and worse than everyone else. My cells don’t have the energy to fight it. I wake up in the morning tired and often am just exhausted all day long. My days have been unproductive and sometimes I feel like I am just barely getting through them. I spent years suffering from insomnia and took ambien for 4 years to get rest. I never wake up refreshed… I get better sleep, but still wake up exhausted. Getting anywhere early in the morning is almost impossible. I could go on and on but, I will move on… In March I had gastric bypass surgery in an effort to lose those 100 “extra” pounds. I will say it has worked, but it has been pretty hellish. I spent the first 2 months very ill and even had to have a second surgery to repair my stomach and intestines. I have to buy expensive chewable or liquid vitamins and have had a hard time finding ones that have “everything I need” or are bearable to swallow, not to mention affordable!! To date I have lost almost 70 pounds and I am happy that I did the gastric bypass, but it hasn’t been easy. My body has suffered from malabsorption and dehydration. I have not been getting the vitamins and minerals I need, let alone nutrition, and my hair has been falling out. I knew that I absolutely HAD TO find supplements that would work for me ASAP or I was going to be very ill, and very bald! About a month ago dear friends of mine told me about a product they had been trying. Passion 4 Life. It’s a liquid vitamin that has pretty much everything you could want in a one ounce shot glass, and it’s 98% absorbed in the first 3 minutes after you take it. For anyone, especially a gastric bypass patient, that is very important. I’ll be honest and say that I was very skeptical. I don’t believe in miracle health products and or magic “pills” and over the years with my work for women with PCOS I have encountered A LOT of “miracle cures” that ended up being snake oil. I read a lot about Passion4Life, read about Regis Philbin taking it and what he had to say, watched videos about it from San Diego news programs, and watched several members of the Chargers football team talk about how it helped them. I looked into how much it had been researched and studied. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that the foundation that did the research on this product is a foundation I have been aware of and have greatly respected for several years now. (Linus Pauling’s foundation… two time Nobel Prize winner for chemistry, dedicated his life to natural solutions to health issues and focusing a lot on vitamin C in particular). There was no way I could let this product pass me by. Passion 4 Life is ideal for people that are dieting, people that have gone through weight loss surgery, people with inflammatory health issues such as PCOS, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, MS... People with cholesterol and heart problems, people who ache and don’t sleep well, Athletes and health conscious folks…. OK, well, let’s just say EVERYONE. Everyone should be taking a vitamin, and every vitamin SHOULD BE absorbed, but we know they aren’t. We know that there is a lot of “crap” out there with fillers and coatings that our bodies don’t even break down and absorb. This product is guaranteed to absorb!! It has no carbs and no calories. It contains Omegas, Biotin for hair, skin and nails, and CLA (CLA in human diets show that it tends to reduce body fat, particularly abdominal fat, improves serum lipid profiles, and decreases whole-body glucose uptake). It contains every vitamin and mineral we need PLUS flaxseed oil, glucosamine, Echinacea, and so much more. It’s a one ounce shot that replaces several bottles of supplements. WAIT! THERE’S MORE!! THEN we found out that we could be a part of selling this product. We figured this was a great way to be able to help pay expenses, car payment, buy kids clothes, heck pay for higher gas prices these days. What we actually found was much more than that. SO MUCH MORE. To sign up as a “Career Consultant” is $100. For that $100, you get the 1 ounce shot glass, two 32 ounces bottles and eight 1 ounce bottles for traveling or samples. You also get flyers, sign up sheets and a promotional DVD. You then buy the product package automatically each month for $100.00. This is the same amount if you bought the product outright each month for two people. For ME we need more than that because my husband and I have six kids who we are thrilled to be sharing this wonderful vitamin with (our kids take ½ ounce instead of 1 full ounce). The program is unique in that it’s easy to get that monthly order paid for. If you sign up two people under you to receive that automatic monthly shipment, you’re already getting money back.
Here’s how they pay: -40% commission on any single bottle you sell ($39.99 per bottle @ 40% = $16.00 per bottle)
-$50 bonus for each person that you personally sign up as a career consultant (that’s the automatic monthly shipment). Introduce two people to the program and you’ve already covered your first month by earning $100.
How you build your business is you sign up two people as career consultants under you. You only have those TWO “legs” and you build under them, so we all help each other’s business to grow. Those are your two “streams” of sales. You want them to be as equal as possible because you earn commission on the weaker team.
You earn: -10% of the weaker stream AND -Commission “money match” – that’s matching commission checks for every person you personally signed up in the program. When your friend makes 10%, you make that same 10% as well, times however many people you personally signed up.
NOW here is some more GREAT INFO… This company has been around and this product has been around, been used and endorsed by several famous people, but the business part just changed to a network marketing program in Mid May. *I* am 3 people from the company executives!! FINALLY, a business that I can be on the TOP of, and so can YOU!!
There are people that signed on at the network marketing launch three weeks ago that are going to be receiving checks for $3000 already in the first couple weeks. If they do nothing else to get people involved, they already could make an extra $45,000 per year. What would you do with an extra $45,000 per year? That is an entire nother income for me. That is half of what my husband makes in his career. That is a lot of money that would mean way more to my family than just a car payment or some clothes for the kids.
And finally, a bonus that is AWESOME… this company does is a “trickle down” stock program. Disney and Coca-Cola have similar programs. You can put as little as $50 into the pool and you end up owning stock in the company. The program is run by someone outside of the company to prevent a conflict of interest. Think about if you owned stock in Avon, Mary Kay, Amway, or any of those when they first started up. Where would you be now?
From now through July 31st the company has an incredible incentive program called PIECE OF THE PIE IN JULY…
This opportunity is wonderful, for us all. · $16 on every bottle of Passion 4 Life Vitamins that you sell · $50 bonus for every person that you directly sign up · 10% commission from your weaker “leg” · A “Money Match” of the commission earned by every person you’ve directly signed up · The option to buy stock and have ownership in the company · The chance to earn shares in the company through July BUT HOW DOES IT TASTE? HOW
DOES IT WORK? If you are interested in this opportunity drop me a note and I will send a DVD & info (free of charge). I can get you more info, sign you up, send you a sample, sell you a bottle, or whatever you need. Well, I can’t guarantee that I will be willing to do the snoopy dance naked, but, then again, you just never know with me!!!!
Best Wishes, Tarra Hartl & Matt Hartl Passion 4 Life Vitamins Distributors ID # 100241 & 100244 tarra@getpassion4life.com ![]() Today I am saddish-happyPosted May-12-08 18:54:54 PDT It's so sad, and I am not sure how exactly it happened, but I have reached this point in my life where I am truly so poor that I am rationing milk and trips out of the house (aka gas). Have you all seen the movie Terms Of Endearment when the mom is in the grocery store putting back items in an effort to be able to pay for her groceries? That seen from that movie always makes me cry (ok who am I kidding the entire freaking movie makes me cry but that seen in particular is just a moment that NO MOM ever, ever, ever in a million and one years ever wants to feel or would wish on even her worst enemy.... right??). I am reminded of that scene often these days. I think it must be a combo of a few things. Some out of pocket medical expenses, always a little more than planned for, plus my hubby taking time off work to take care of me (no overtime pay for that time off), plus increased expenses of gas and just life in general (everything is going up in price... every little thing). It seems to have caught us all at one time and though we have plans to get out of the hole and NEVER go back, it's a bit of a hike to get there................. Yeesh. I don't care if I am ever "rich", but I hate being poor. I hate these times when the ends don't seem to meet no matter how hard we stretch or how much strength we put into tugging...... On this Mother's Day I feel a little sad, not for any really good reason, I mean, I do have everything in life a person could ask for really. I have great kids, a wonderful family, my health is improving daily....... ya know.... so many people don't even have that much. But I do, and for that I am extremely grateful. For the last 12 years I have learned over and over and over again how humbling being a mom is because no matter what we give them or how hard we try to be good parents, it will never been good enough for these beautiful little people that God has loaned to me. For them I want nothing less than PERFECTION, but as a human and a pretty darned human human at that, my children do not get perfection. They don't even get anything CLOSE to perfection. All they get is me and all I have to offer is sometimes not a lot and sometimes not even ENOUGH. Not even enough like trying to get the baby to use a diaper a half hour or so longer so we can maybe make that diaper bill a tiny bit smaller, or try to get her to drink more kool-aid or water and less milk so we can stretch that last gallon another day (or, half day at the rate we go in my house). When my 2 year old brings me her sippy cup and I fill it up with something other than "moo-juice" and she throws her tantrum of wanting ONLY moo-juice....... it makes me sad. No, I don't care if I am ever rich, but, I do wish that I didn't have to worry about how many diapers we go through or how many cups a day of milk we allow our kids to have for fear of running out before "payday". It seems there aren't a lot of folks out there that worry about that, everyone has credit cards or other ways to make it from payday to payday, better yet some people have that savings account cushion, but, we don't. We are always just a payday away from living on the street or in a van down by the river. And that is not a secure feeling. And that is what I want to get away from and never, ever feel again. Well anyway, Happy Mother's Day and thanks for listening. HeartL Air FX |
