Things can get so bad sometimes.... I stopped watching the news because fear began to visit me at night, repeating the evil things I watched earlier. There must be something that I can hope for, that I can put my trust in... I must find a place of faith and safety-or I will fall into the ditch of despair.... I am working extra hard to clean, iron, organize and list my items before the school year starts. I drafted my two older children to help me because It became too overwhelming to do alone. I just need the intial setup help... I haven't even gotten half way before my son suggested I take a break. I was so startled that he would suggest I take a break when I had just gotten in the groove of things. Then came my lesson of the day [they hate these]: Sometimes you will have to work HARD for something you want- because you will only get back what you put into it. You should only take a break AFTER you have accomplished what you have set out to do- or at least made major progress. Then you rest. Before that- you work your butt off. The room grew silent. Anyway- I am working my butt off. Having a family means I have to prioritize. I have to work extra hard to do the things I like without my famiy having to suffer.
