BUT NO...THE LAST THING EBAY WANTS YOU TO DO IS CALL THEM. IT COULD TAKE AN HOUR TRYING TO FIND THEIR COMPLAINT #. WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO WASTE PRECIOUS TIME LOOKING FOR THEIR HIDDEN SECRET# EBASY IS NOT INTO THE GOOD SERVICE THEY DEMAND FROM THEIR USERS. MEMBERS SHOULD GIVE EBAY A WAKE UP CALL. EVERYBODY WHO AGREES WITH ME SHOULD SEND THEM A MESSAGE. MAYBE THEY WILL BREAK DOWN AND MAKE HOTLINES AVAILABLE INSTESAD OF THERE ALL NONSENSE APPROCH. COMICMASTER SPEAKS OUT !!COMICMASTER SPEAKS OUT !!Posted Aug-09-07 19:38:46 PDT Updated Aug-11-07 19:50:01 PDT hi there, I really dont like to get into negative feedback wars so I will just post my well deserved negative here as ebay really hasnt figure out this feedback thing completely. responders to negatives should be allowed to answer the negs they get but they should not be able to place a neg in response to a neg because it just keeps ebayers from placing a well deserved neg in the 1st place. I mean who wants to ruin there 100% positive rating by shooting themselves in the foot. It happened to me once before thats why I have one lone neg. I would like to give a well deserved neg to CLAUDE SENN of FRANCE. I made the mistake of being too nice to him. Its true he buys alot of books but in the end id rather not have his business because he just doesnt appreciate my efforts on his behalf. In an effort to keep his overseas P&H rate down I allowed him to run his bidding for over a month. In the middle of bidding he WENT ON VACATION for a week and didnt even inform me. when I finally invoiced him he didnt respond to invoice but just kept on bidding. this screwed up the invoices and because of that he was ready to back out of transaction. i mistakenly gave him wrong total for P&H but still saved him $10. rather then delay his drawn out order longer I shipped anyway and informed him of proper balance due me. what do you know-he refuses to pay or answer. before this I told him he was hard to deal with and he suggested I was crazy. So I just emailed him to keep the money and buy some tasty slugs. Im telling you this in case you want to avoid being taken advantage of. I dont think this is the way to repay americans for a friendly and honest effort especially considering all the sacrifices made by our forefathers in defense of their nation and people. thank you for taking the time to read this, |
