Self Discipline as a whole

This is just a little something that I have noticed in my daily interactions and observations of people. I do not proclaim to be a professional in this area in any way, yet I feel that I have had enough experience to be able to identify psychological interpretations coming from different angles. It's complex I know, but just read and you'll know what I'm talking about. Let me know what you think. I am a  very deep thinker and just want to know if this is something I should continue with and link to my store in the self help field.....

This is the ultimate level of completeness. Any individual would find himself blessed to be at this height of complete understanding. Perfect example: Take a close look at chinese martial arts films. There is always a master and there is a student, or a class. Take note of the qualities of the master, and his movements. This is the level of wholeness I am talking about, the level where you are at a guru like understanding of the world. This is not necessarily focusing on being a super Einstein rocket scientist, but more like a Jesus type.

Everything is balanced and steady. Emotions, thoughts, and energy are in sync, and it's as if nothing and no one can break that pattern. An example of this is when a woman is pregnant with a child and looses her water. In most occasions (at least the ones I have seen) ironically the man is the one who freaks out and looses his bearings, while the wife is calm and controlled. It makes no sense to most because the woman is the one who is getting ready to go through laber, while the man sits at her side and assists her. It's the same example of wholeness that, if applied laterally in more than one area of life, would make the world a much better place. With a high-lite on emotional control, people will be able to see different sides of a situation instead of reacting in an excess of the wrong interpretation.

It's like telling someone a good april fool's joke. If they fall for it, they might beleive it and freak out, or react in an excess of the wrong interpretation; even though it's just a joke or a hoax. You see where I am headed? Even if, in this example, the joke were true, having that centered calm and wholeness will prevent stress acumulation and unnecessary emotional strain in situations similar to these. Another example of this is when a bank is in the midst of getting robbed, or a natural disaster like a twister is headed toward town. What message is mostly given to the crowd? Stay calm, and then whatever else depending on the situation. You see, when you react nervously or anxiously in a situation, it's hard to see the situation as it actually is, and not over reacting. When you over react emotionally, it's very difficult to think straight, however it's human nature when you are in the midst of an emergency. However, just look at it from both sides of the table, and decide for yourself which way is better.

What do you think?......

The need for people to be introspective

This is just a little something that I have noticed in my daily interactions and observations of people. I do not proclaim to be a professional in this area in any way, yet I feel that I have had enough experience to be able to identify psychological interpretations coming from different angles. Lateral thinking: Lateral thinking is known as the ability to look at a target from multiple angles, or to find more than one application for one item. With this concept in mind, an individual will have the opportunity to put on the eyes of an artist, and see things in a very multi-dimensional way. Lateral thinking is a cornerstone of creativity. With this key on your keychain of life, you can gain access to a whole different level of thinking in all aspects of your daily life. Once you begin this different perspective, you will start to understand the minds of geniuses, and why one dimensional people see them as odd.
This is actually in fact, far from the truth. They are not odd at all, they acutally have a combination of dimensional thinking from different aspects. For example: what a high IQ individual finds funny most likely will not be funny to another person. Albert Einstein had a higher IQ and understanding than an average person, doesn't that actually make the other person weird?
