We are often asked the difference between fragrance and essential oils. Our fragrance oils are blended by our growers (and by us in some cases). They are made of proprietary blends of essential oils and other ingredients combined with a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut or sweet almond oil. (Fractionated coconut is most often used due to it's lack of individual scent and it's wonderful skin soothing properties).

Our fragrance oils are suitable for cosmetic use as are also excellent worn as a personal fragrance directly on the skin. Fragrance oils are thicker than essential oils, because they are blended with a carrier oil. Also, fragrance oils will not have the same therapeutic value as pure essential oils. Fragrance oils can be used in diffusers, but do add them to water first. Do not burn them full strength.
