Hey Guys!

I had a really bad period last year, my parents split up etc.

Although i have 2 bad feedback, I did keep the buyers up to date, and fully re-funded them.

And apologuised.

All new purchases wont have this problem :)

Hi. Don't know who your trying to reach but why not take advantage of this blog to explain why or how those negatives happened. Since they can't be removed perhaps explaining in more detail will restore some faith. Wish you the best.

dj's right. And the most important thing is, did you eventually make it right? Did you refund? We all go through hard times, that's understandable. It's how you handled it in the end that's important.
