Most Recent Posts Keeping Everyone Happy, the Impossible TaskPosted Nov-04-06 08:54:32 PST Sometimes there can be misunderstandings between a customer and the seller, I'm of the opinion that the customer is ALWAYS right, But that's not the reality of all situations, but based upon my belief I extend this philosphy to all, are there times when the customer's wrong of course, but why burden yourself or fight someone that's helping you to achieve your Goals? It's counter productive. Because we must remember one thing, people talk about the experiences they've had. A Happy customer means a few happy customers, because the experience was right for the both of you. You never know who your customers are, Talk Show host, Lawyers, Mom's, Dad's, Judges, etc..... and it really doesn't matter who they are, in the sense that we'll never know all of them on a personal basis, we should embrace them like our own family members. Why because it's the right thing to do. What does all this mean??? I don't Know I'm reading it out of a book?? Ha Ha Ha. Just kidding It means Be kind to others in all facets of life and your rewards will be much greater. Thanks for Stopping by and having a look. |
