Sponsored  "Consumer Review" and sites with a seemingly unbiased pitch about the benefits of several products that recommend one or two brand over all the rest should be seen for what they are...the are fixed. And it is all just marketing.  They are often affiliate sites.

These types of sites have the purpose of providing links and banners for products. When you click on the links and buy from that company the website that had the original link gets a commission. This is why they "recommend" the product that they do...because they want you to buy them so they can make money off the sale.

So keep this in mind when you take the advice on these sites.

Radiohealth.net is one of these...they promote products that may or may not be the best. Some are good but other's simply are recommened because they are affiliated.
