For years, the people of the United States have resisted the federal government's attempts to implement a national identification card. On May 11, 2005, the Real ID Act (Public Law 109-13) slipped under our radar as an attachment to a military appropriations bill (H.R. 1268). Although the politicians in Washington, D.C. deny it, the Real ID Act is a de facto national ID card. Under the Real ID, all state drivers' licenses must meet Department of Homeland Security approval. The driver's licenses must include, at a minimum, data such as name, address, and gender. Corpus Delicti???Posted Jan-08-08 22:20:43 PST Corpus delicti (Latin: "body of crime") is a term from Western jurisprudence which refers to the principle that it must be proven that a crime has occurred before a person can be convicted of committing the crime. For example, a person cannot be tried for larceny unless it can be proven that property has been stolen. Likewise, in order for a person to be tried for arson it must be proven that a criminal act resulted in the burning of a property. Black's Law Dictionary (6th ed.) defines "corpus delicti" as: "the fact of a crime having been actually committed." Corpus delicti consists of two things you caused someone a loss or harm/injury. If you have not done one of the two then you have not commited a crime. Corpus delicti must be present to commit a crime. Speeding is not a crime unless Corpus delicti is present? Language in this bill makes it theoretically possible for government agents to shut down sites like Brasscheck TV by claiming that the information they share *may* insight violence. Zeitgeist and The Money Masters "MUST SEE!!!"Posted Jan-08-08 21:07:57 PST After watching Zeitgeist and the movie The Money Masters I finally realize something that is very simple; however, i never thought of it. If i were the first known bank in America and I created a one dollar bill and loaned it to someone and told this person that they had to pay me interest on that dollar bill. You would have to question where'd he get the other dollars to repay the one dollar i loaned out. I now know how the federal reserve works. I would have to create more dollars to put into circulation in order for this person to get dollars from other people to repay me with interest. Of course this would be a form of counterfeiting and if anyone was known today doing this in America they would be imprisoned. Although, it's now well known that this is how our federal reserve works. I for one think something needs to be done about this. One reason is because no one will ever get out of debt. The system is just set to work that way. Two if the trend continues with the federal reserve no one will ever own anything. Which is pretty much how it is today. One thing thats always troubled me is seeing my grandparents and father owning their land and homes but continually having to pay taxes on everything that they own. I also believe that people are getting less independent and becoming more dependant on the government and corporations. Growing up as a kid in my area most everybody had chickens, hogs, goats, cattle and large gardens. They very seldom went to the store for anything. Although, today most everybody had forgotten those ways and depend on all the corporations for their food, clothing, lumber and etc. I really am for the simple life but at the same time i also believe in everyone having the right to bear arms. That means even military type arms as an individual. Why do we as people have to depend on anyone if were such an independant nation? I know we always say this is a free country but our freedom is about as free as any other country. The biggest thing i fear for my child and others children too is the chips they're wanting to implant in peoples hand or forehead. This will give them total control of our bodies but not our souls. They may can kill the body but the soul still remains. One thing these guys need to understand is that there are millions of us and only a very few of them. If we get the truth out to everyone they will have to stand down. Our way will be the way as the way our ancestors who landed on this land would've wanted it.

Zeitgeist and The Money Masters "MUST SEE!!!"Posted Jan-07-08 23:55:46 PST After watching Zeitgeist and the movie The Money Masters I finally realize something that is very simple; however, i never thought of it. If i were the first known bank in America and I created a one dollar bill and loaned it to someone and told this person that they had to pay me interest on that dollar bill. You would have to question where'd he get the other dollars to repay the one dollar i loaned out. I now know how the federal reserve works. I would have to create more dollars to put into circulation in order for this person to get dollars from other people to repay me with interest. Of course this would be a form of counterfeiting and if anyone was known today doing this in America they would be imprisoned. Although, it's now well known that this is how our federal reserve works. I for one think something needs to be done about this. One reason is because no one will ever get out of debt. The system is just set to work that way. Two if the trend continues with the federal reserve no one will ever own anything. Which is pretty much how it is today. One thing thats always troubled me is seeing my grandparents and father owning their land and homes but continually having to pay taxes on everything that they own. I also believe that people are getting less independent and becoming more dependant on the government and corporations. Growing up as a kid in my area most everybody had chickens, hogs, goats, cattle and large gardens. They very seldom went to the store for anything. Although, today most everybody had forgotten those ways and depend on all the corporations for their food, clothing, lumber and etc. I really am for the simple life but at the same time i also believe in everyone having the right to bear arms. That means even military type arms as an individual. Why do we as people have to depend on anyone if were such an independant nation? I know we always say this is a free country but our freedom is about as free as any other country. The biggest thing i fear for my child and others children too is the chips they're wanting to implant in peoples hand or forehead. This will give them total control of our bodies but not our souls. They may can kill the body but the soul still remains. One thing these guys need to understand is that there are millions of us and only a very few of them. If we get the truth out to everyone they will have to stand down. Our way will be the way as the way our ancestors who landed on this land would've wanted it.

Zeitgeist and The Money Masters "MUST SEE!!!"Posted Jan-05-08 20:42:22 PST After watching Zeitgeist and the movie The Money Masters I finally realize something that is very simple; however, i never thought of it. If i were the first known bank in America and I created a one dollar bill and loaned it to someone and told this person that they had to pay me interest on that dollar bill. You would have to question where'd he get the other dollars to repay the one dollar i loaned out. I now know how the federal reserve works. I would have to create more dollars to put into circulation in order for this person to get dollars from other people to repay me with interest. Of course this would be a form of counterfeiting and if anyone was known today doing this in America they would be imprisoned. Although, it's now well known that this is how our federal reserve works. I for one think something needs to be done about this. One reason is because no one will ever get out of debt. The system is just set to work that way. Two if the trend continues with the federal reserve no one will ever own anything. Which is pretty much how it is today. One thing thats always troubled me is seeing my grandparents and father owning their land and homes but continually having to pay taxes on everything that they own. I also believe that people are getting less independent and becoming more dependant on the government and corporations. Growing up as a kid in my area most everybody had chickens, hogs, goats, cattle and large gardens. They very seldom went to the store for anything. Although, today most everybody had forgotten those ways and depend on all the corporations for their food, clothing, lumber and etc. I really am for the simple life but at the same time i also believe in everyone having the right to bear arms. That means even military type arms as an individual. Why do we as people have to depend on anyone if were such an independant nation? I know we always say this is a free country but our freedom is about as free as any other country. The biggest thing i fear for my child and others children too is the chips they're wanting to implant in peoples hand or forehead. This will give them total control of our bodies but not our souls. They may can kill the body but the soul still remains. One thing these guys need to understand is that there are millions of us and only a very few of them. If we get the truth out to everyone they will have to stand down. Our way will be the way as the way our ancestors who landed on this land would've wanted it.

After watching Zeitgeist and the movie The Money Masters I finally realize something that is very simple; however, i never thought of it.
