Where does our Taxes Dollars that we pay for Medicare and Medicaid go to???

Is being forced to buy something really being a Free Country?

If you allow them to Force you to do one thing what is next that they will Force you to do?

Definition of VOLUNTARY: of your own free will not forced

So we will be FORCED to Buy Health Insurance but it is only VOLUNTRY to report you taxes.

 

We have so many laws that most law officers do not even know what is law and what is not.

Seems we hurt our own people 24/7 with a new laws being past every day.

Love the USA and all its people but we need to draw a line somewhere.

Corpus delicti (Latin: "body of crime") is a term from Western jurisprudence which refers to the principle that it must be proven that a crime has occurred before a person can be convicted of committing the crime. For example, a person cannot be tried for larceny unless it can be proven that property has been stolen. Likewise, in order for a person to be tried for arson it must be proven that a criminal act resulted in the burning of a property. Black's Law Dictionary (6th ed.) defines "corpus delicti" as: "the fact of a crime having been actually committed."

Corpus delicti consists of two things you caused someone a loss or harm/injury.

If you have not done one of the two then you have not commited a crime.

Corpus delicti must be present to commit a crime.

Speeding is not a crime unless Corpus delicti is present?
