Fall use to be my favorite time--funny how things can change in a blink of an eye.

This year I am really trying to keep myself from falling into the stage of depression that it brings.

I am trying to set new goals for myself.

Hubby is gone a lot and has a very active life and always seems to pass on to me that my value is not quite up to his- but that he tolerates me anyways.

He more or less requested me to give up my career-due to his long hours to be here at his beck n call.

My day starts befores his and ends after his.

But actually made the statement that money wise since I no longer bring in a big paycheck that my opinion no longer counts on how we invest in our future.

I know that he really didn't mean a lot by it-and after 30 years together-I shouldn't let it get to me-

But it did -- now trying to decide how to react to his statement. 

Hopefully things are picking up.
