I am sick of sellers who don't send what we have bought! Like a Blu ray laptop that was sent recently that was like new when in fact all the drivers had been erased so that nothing worked, or when the seller won't answer directly a question put to him like " can I transfer ownership" as with Dell.com so the Techs there would help you with the drivers to MAKE it work ( without that , they will NOT help you). The sellers KNOW the answer but purposely evade the answer and direct all response on regular e-mail so when they send profanities because you want a refund, you can't prove it to Ebay so as to kick them off for violations!
