Well, it seems that the mortgage world is going nuts...A couple days ago  CW announced that they were going to merge with B of A and this morning I wake up to Citi writing down billions of dollars in mortgages...

The media is really down on our industry and the people in it...On top of that, all of the former subprime people are trying to get into government loans...The only thing is, most of the subprime loan officers don't know the first thing about VA loans and screw them up so bad that their clients go looking for a loan officer experienced in them.

So, to all of you crappy, former subprime LO's...get another line of work...

Ok, I decided that I am not going to sell a course but instead I am going to just write a blog about how loan officers can imrove their SEO.

The reason I am doing this is because it seems that everybody is trying to sell loan officers and mortgage brokers something. I've decided that I don't want to be one of those people.  I am going to give some of my knowledge away and possibly help somebody out.

This is NOT advertisment for customer looking for VA Home Loans or Texas Veteran Home loans but it will be a blog about how I used SEO to develop my website to generate my own business.

I am currently developing a course the help loan officers develop their own niche using blogs, adwords and seo tools to develop their own business.  This course will be different than any other product available on eBay and I will only be accepting mortgage brokers outside of Texas. It will only be available on eBay.

I will post comments on this blog about different aspects of how to develop your own profitable website and how I took mine from a one page website with little traffic to a full department within my own mortgage company.
