Smile and the world smiles with you! Check me out...

Hello Ebay bloggers:

Welcome to Lil Angels Closet...blog stop.

I hope everyone is having a great day.  Smile.  Life is too short to be miserable.

I have been reading the blogs this morning and some are depressing.  Some are just sad because of lack of business right now, but hey, keep plugging.
I have found beauty in having a store, in that if something doesn't sell at auction, I can move it to the store and get more exposure (30 days at a time).  Sometimes that will bring a sale and sometimes it will bring watchers.  If I notice that there is a possibility of some interest, sometimes I move it back to auction and lower the starting bid.  There is just so many opportunities to show off the items.  Blogs help too.  You can post on many SPAM blogs or start your own.  It is nice to see what others have to sell and let them know about yours.

Kentucky has had some pretty weather, even though we have had some storms in the afternoons.  Have taken the grandbabies to many inside playgrounds lately.  They have energy to burn and if it is going to rain, they have to do something wtih it.  Nice for me too, because those places are nice and cool and I can just sit and watch them play.  Even the baby can walk around and try like crazy to master the first step to the climbing kingdom.  It keeps him busy for a while.  And, he loves it!

Check out my auctions, some of which will end today.  And, browse thru my store, Lil Angels Closet.  Many items are on sale.  I try to run some sales from time to time, just to move things.  I do consider offers too and I will be glad to combine/discount shipping.  That is a hard one lately with the changes in USPS rates.  I have combined myself out of pocket a time or two, but am learning how to do it more effectively.  Let's face it.  NOONE is happy with shipping rates these days.  I don't like them, but they are life.

Catch you later in the blogs.

Remember to stop by and say hello.

I,  for one, am happy with Ebay.  I have looked at the overall fees, the cost of items, shipping, etc.  I have found that it would be impossible to get the exposure that I get on Ebay anywhere else for the fees I pay.  I could definitely NOT run a weekly ad in the local newspaper for what I pay out in fees.  Granted some items don't sell, but that is because the market is just not there.  It is strategy on my part that prevents me from selling everything.  Life is good, but could be better.

See you in the blogs later.

Have a great day and an even better weekend.  Remember to Smile!  It makes life much better for everybody.

Let's do a little spamming...??? List your items here!

I have listed a few new items....some NWT.  Ladies & children's clothing.  I have some lots of clothing running...many items will end sometime tomorrow.  I need bidders!

I am happy to say that as of tonight, all my sold items have been paid for, with the exception of a couple that belong to a person who is still bidding on more.  This is absolutely AWESOME!

Thanks to everyone who has helped me sell a few things.  Without good buyers, there would be no business.  I for one, am very appreciative of my customers.

Good night bloggers!

Don't forget to let the world know what you have to sell.

I have a guestbook too!

I have a guestbook too!  Yippee!  How exciting!  It never ceases to amaze me at all the fun things you can do on Ebay.  It really is an incentive that adds to the benefits of being in the Ebay community.

Let me know who you are and where you are from...anything about you that you want to share is great!

Thanks to everyone for being so nice.  Ebay really is a nice place...even with the fees and 5 star system!  That really took a lot out of me...just putting it in writing.  LOL...

Have a great evening and rest of the weekend.

Hello from Lexington, KY

What's new in blogland tonight?   I have bids on most of my auctions and lookers on the rest.  That is a big change from the past few weeks.  I usually have packages going out everyday, but I don't know if I have ever seen as many bids at one time on so many items.  My auction items are running low and I need to add some more.  Just been busy babysitting and that doesn't leave much time to do anything else.  The kids are 1, 3 & 4!  LOL.  I know now why people have their children while they are young.  Of course, being Granny helps.  They probably get away with more than they normally would.  You who are grandparents know what I am talking about.  Actually, the two older children are girls and they play together real well...most of the time.  The youngest is a boy and my ONLY boy EVER.  So, needless to say, he is special!

Mostly I have been trying to list some children's clothing and starting the auctions low.  Trying to keep costs down because of the high cost of shipping large lots.  Not getting rich, but still addicted to Ebay.  What can I say?

I have a giant cell tumor on my right hand, which is recurrent.  I had one removed 2 years ago and I guess it just grew back.  The problem is that I have no insurance as of Jan. 31, 2007.  I am still waiting on SS Disability...long and drawn out!  Life is rough at times!  Anyway, good things are happening.  There is a program called Surgeries on Sunday where I live.  You have to be referred by an agency, and in my case, that was my GP.  They look at the information you send and determine if you would qualify for their program.  Well, I did.  I have an appointment with a surgeon the end of this month.  If he feels I need the surgery, it will be done on Sunday and there is no cost to me.  I feel that I am blessed to have been given an appointment with someone.  I don't think this is anything more than what the first one was...benign...but it causes me a lot of pain in my hand and arm.  So...I am elated beyond words and feel like God is taking care of my needs.

Check out my auctions and my store, if you haven't already.  I need to sell, sell, sell.  This is my only source of income at the present time and it is really tough some days.  I keep hoping that things will get better real soon.  And, somehow, things are working out for me.  It could be a lot worse.  I have learned that you can live on very little, if you just keep the faith and take one day at a time.

I hope everyone is doing well.  Please stop by and say hello.  I have missed the blogs!  It is a great stress-reliever for me.  I do read them.  I just don't get much time to post anymore.   I try to do as much with the little ones as I can.  I am just afraid that someday I won't be able to anymore.  Thankfully, they are all independent enough to entertain themselves.  I just have to supervise them.  I love it.  Makes my life much better.

Let me know what you have to sell.  I do love looking at the neat things people have.  There are so many talented people on Ebay.
