WOW! I am so glad to hear that Lexington...Posted Jul-08-08 14:35:32 PDT does not have the highest priced gasoline across the U.S.A. CA is up there! I guess we are headed in that direction too! Tom filled the truck up and texted everyone he knew about paying $99.68. Then, I filled up, being only 1/2 tank low (and using Kroger card & getting 10 cents off per gallon) and it was still $32. Are we going to have to spend the kids inheritance on gasoline? My daughter is spending $70 every few days driving back and forth to work...and dropping off and picking up her child. Sad that you can't eat because you have to drive to work! What is it going to take to get things back to where people can enjoy life a little bit? It sure makes shopping on Ebay a lot nicer doesn't it? Even with the high cost of shipping, it is still cheaper than driving to the malls to shop. NOW, that is a nice thought, isn't it?
