 | Most Recent Posts Moving house.Posted May-23-08 06:10:14 PDT Things I'm going to sell - I'm moving house in a few weeks, and will begin my packing next week (after my exams have finished). I'm sure I'll come across a load of stuff I don't need so will be selling that! Things I'm looking to buy - Well my room will be bigger when I move, so I'm gonna need come things to decorate it with :). Might try and find a funky picture, and I've got some wooden flowers that need a vase, will try and find a red one. Also want some more candles, I've burnt most of mine and I'd like some nice ones to keep on display. Also, I've decided I love hats!!! So I'm looking for some cool looking ones :). Sold my first things!Posted Feb-04-08 02:34:00 PST Update - So exciting! I sold three of the 5 items I listed. I relisted one of them, cos 5 people had been watching it and someone asked me a question about it, so I figured it had a chance. The other item I left be though, cos noone had been interested in it! Am happy all the same though, can't believe I've never tried selling stuff before! Gonna post the things that I sold this afternoon. Things I'm going to sell - I didn't manage to fetch my Star Trek books from my parents', I brought The Redemption of Althalus back though, so will be listing that soon! I started reading it again on the train back, am gonna miss that book! I have a really nice hardback copy too, so it's not like I'll go without a copy, but paperbacks are so much easier to read! Never mind, I can't keep hoarding things forever! Things I'm looking to buy - I feel very bad now. The reason I started selling things was so that I had money in my paypal account to buy more things! I've bought loads of stuff already though, I should have waited til I'd sold things before looking for stuff to buy, but it's just so hard to resist haha. They're just random things I have lying around that I don't want/need anymore. I'm going to collect a load of old Star Trek books, and my paperback copy of Redemption of Althalus (I have a hardback copy too, which I'm keeping), from my parents' house this weekend to sell as well. I'll have a look through my cupboards while I'm there to see what else I can find! Things I'm looking to buy - I'm moving into a new house in July (where I'll have a room I can fit in!), so am looking for interesting things to make it pretty! So far I have a big mirror for my dressing table, and a perfume atomiser and little silver hand mirror and a cameo pill box to make it look cool. I've got a nice jewellery box at home that is broken, so I'll try and fix that so my jewellery can go in it. I'm buying loads of cool jewellery at the moment, have been looking for old fashioned or gothic type things, am getting quite a nice collection :). |
