In case anybody cares or wants to know, as an eBay drop-off store owner/operator I offer my customers a buying service as well as an online sales service.  Repeatedly, people came to my store asking me how to buy stuff on eBay.  The second I suggested they log on to a computer and get registered, they were discouraged?!  Anyway, now I promote the service because it is an additional revenue stream for my business.
