Do you believe in luck?

Many of us believe in some form of "luck",

Many attribute their Luck to charms and pendants -items such as necklaces.
For some the simplicity of the design or material generates an energy to which they attribute the Good Luck that they enjoy when wearing the necklace.
For some there is no need for logical or mystical reasons, the item is attractive -it has sentimental value –reminding them of better times and a happier life, therefore considered lucky.

For Soldiers, serving in the IDF, a simple leather bound book of Psalms, one of the more important books in the Bible (Old Testament).
The Book of Psalms, a book of divine hymns composed by King David, the Warrior and the Poet, and founder of the Jerusalem, the City of David.

 
Israeli men and women, serving in the Israel Defense Forces, wear such a necklace carrying a miniature yet complete book of psalms on it.
Other people believe that wearing bible quotation necklace provides the same good fortune and divine protection.

Personally, I believe that if you believe in something, no matter what it is, this will somehow enhance these mystic powers, however, illogical and unexplainable.
