IN A DESPERATE ATTEMPT TO CLEAR MY NAME AS WELL AS MY STORE I HAVE TAKEN DRASTIC MEASURES TO PROVE THAT I DID NOT SHIP THIS BUYERS ITEMS IN A FLAT RATE BOX. AS EVERYONE CAN SEE I DID NOT SHIP HIS ITEMS IN A FLAT RATE BOX THEY WERE SHIPPED IN A 12X12X8 BOX AND SHIPPING COST WERE $20.69. I CHARGED HIM $27.95 IN SHIPPING & HANDLING THAT'S A $7.26 HANDLING FEE. I HAVE TO PAY PAYPAL FEES, LISTING FEES, AND PURCHASING FEES, AFTER ALL THOSE FEES THERE WAS ONLY ABOUT $2.25 LEFT THAT PAYS FOR MY TIME TO DELIVER THESE ITEMS TO THE POST OFFICE, NOT $18.00 LIKE HE CLAIMS. I REALLY DO TRY TO MAKE ALL MY CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND TRY TO BE FAIR IN S/H CHARGES. ALL MY LISTINGS HAVE THE CHARGES CLEARLY STATED SO THERE WILL NOT BE ANY CONFUSIONS, BUT WHEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS AND SOMEONE NOT ONLY TRASHES MY NAME BUT DOES IT WITH SUCH MALICE I TOO HAVE TO DO SOMETHING AND TO ME THIS WAS THE ONLY WAY TO TELL MY SIDE OF THE STORY |
