Hmmm the customer is always right even when they suck

Well, ebay changed the feedback policy, buyers will no longer get negative feedback. So when they are slow to pay, or a pain in the ass to deal with we as sellers have no way of weeding out the stupid ones. We have no heads up that this person is a bitcher, whiner and wants the world for free and can slam us to their hearts content with no avenue of redress. <Shakes head in dismay> what next?

I am happy not to receive bad feedback if I haven't earned but sellers must have a way to find out if a buyer is not reliable. This policy is very unfair to sellers and ebay must address the problem
