I have just been informed by the website, Ebay.com, and by the Manufacturer, Shure, Inc. that the microphones I purchased may be counterfeit, as payment has been released to you I do not know that you will be willing to work with me to resolve this matter, my immediate resolution though is to cease any further dealings with you, in specific, and DHgate.com in general this is to protect my interests and the company I created from any litigation, or liability on the matter.

Since you make no offer of resolution for selling fraudulent merchandise I see that I have no choice but to upgrade and file a claim with PayPal. If this matter is not resolved to MY satisfaction, by Saturday APril 12, 2008, a claim will be filed.

You should have just told him in plain language that you want your money back. :) Good luck!

Are you sure what he sold you is counterfeit? Seems like you'd know better than Ebay
