Don't have a lot of room? Plant container gardens. Plant a lettuce mix in a shady area. Grow radishes in a larger container. And green onions also. You can plant potato's in a trash can. Don't want to pay the high prices of containers if you don't have them. Use an old tire to hold in the dirt. Shop the yard sales you can usally find people getting rid of some of their containers for .25(sm) to 1.00(large) pre container. Do you have an area you usally use for flowers use it for food plants instead. Buy several packs of seed you think you will use and as one crop gets used up sow a new crop.
Does anyone else have any suggestions for planting or any other money saving food idea's?
