It is 11.20am here and the weather is dry for a change. I am sick and tired of all this rain we have had. It would be so nice to live somewhere warm and dry. But then this would not be Britain would it? They say the garden needs it well if I wanted a swimming pool in my back yard I would build one. HA HA! How is everyone else coping with their weather, hope it is better where you are. 

Does anyone have any ideas of how to get a refund from a lying cheating seller. My husband bought some stuff from a guy but unfortunately not through ebay. I think it was originally but the actual sale was not. Against my decision the money was sent (cash) to this guy. It was sent recorded delivery so I do have proof he got it. But he did not send the goods. We got a cock and bull story that the said items were sent back to him as he had incorrectly addressed them, and he would resend. Still no items so emailed back. He then apologised as the items were damaged.  He has said my husband will get a refund but it has not arrived. I know my husband should not have done it this way.I know ebay will not touch this but does anyone have any ideas of how to go about this apart from sending the heavies in. That will be my last resort.

Is it me or is ebay taking a long time to upload listings.

I listed a few items this morning and although they are showing in my active listings they are not going up onto my store. Is anyone else having this trouble?

Everything yesterday took and age too, but i put that down to the 10p listing day.
