Most Recent Posts Ebay as a community....Posted May-12-08 22:12:37 PDT There are certainly an infinite type of items you can purchase on Ebay. From the smallest and seemingly most insignificant item to the most outrageous and highly priced one of a kind treasure. Ebay serves a community of diverse individuals, and each of us can get out of or put into it as little or as much as we like. I love this space on the internet. I know I am in connection with like minded people, searching for that special item that will make us or the person we purchase it for happy. I love the auction style, it's almost like a vote. GO EBAY! Back In The SaddlePosted Feb-25-08 21:04:25 PST I am glad to be back. Let's make Ebay a strong and valuable place to shop and sell. Found my long lost friend on ebayPosted Jun-14-07 13:28:51 PDT A few years ago I had lost touch with a very close friend of mine. Over the years I tried to find her, and she tried to find me. Exhausting every possible way to meet up again, my friend even went on one of those sites you can pay for to find people. I had moved around so much that she couldn't find me there either. One day I had started noticing someone was bidding on my items and the name was something that triggered me to think "MAYBE...." well it turned out it was my long lost friend. When I sent her items, I did not leave her a note, I wanted to give her respect for privacy in case she did not want to be contacted, but she figured out it was me by the return address name and she emailled me through ebay. We have reunited and we are just like old friends and we even decided to help each other run our ebay business better, givning each other tips and doing photoshoots together. Who would have though out of all the people in the world on Ebay that we would find each other again. Thank you Ebay!!! |
