Anyone that has purchased off of me in the past month is
probably not very happy right now. I've had so many personal issues come
up on top of all the holiday fiasco. I apologize to everyone that had a
delayed package recently. Again, truly sorry.
I'm back on track now and will be working to satisfy my customers.
I've developed a plan. First, I work all day and it is very difficult to
get to the post office. So my shipping dates have been assigned to
Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Those are my early days off of work and I
can get things done more effectively. I've also designated my time accordingly
in repairing these items that I sell. I'm currently working full time and
doing this on the side. I'm solo for now. I'll be developing a new
system in time where I can have employees to do all the tedious work that I
just can't get to. I'll also be developing a customer support line for my
eBay customers.
Again, sorry for the recent fall out and I appreciate the many of you that
understood my circumstances.
