How do I get dry paint off of glass?

A recent question came my way by an old friend. He asked: What is the best way to get paint off of glass?  After painting his window moldings, he did end up with lots of paint on his new windows.

Before you do anything, wait for the paint to fully dry. This will make it much easier to remove. Then, use an exacto blade to remove the paint. If you use this method you will be more successful in getting the paint off than by using chemicals that may get on your newly painted moldings.
