The basic principle that made the old system work was the fact that it displayed a sellers complete history. That combined with the ability to respond to a buyers negative feedback were the things which made it work at all and now you have removed them both. Now what defense does a seller have in the event where a malicious buyer leaves a negative feedback? You have made changes to where now the seller has no opportunity to respond and that's just not fair! It is my opinion that if these changes are not reversed immediately, your seller accounts will plummet till they are next to zero. I hope you will have the foresight to change back before it is too late. |
