It's time to check my inventory and to add a few new children's books to the store every day. It's been weeks since I've looked through my books; more than a month since I've driven my car. It's back to real life and I'm mighty glad the time is now!

I've been away from eBay for a while and wonder what has changed.  The store was doing well when I last worked on it. This is a hobby in retirement for me so I just need to do enough business to keep up with eBay fees, Paypal fees, postal charges and gas for book searches.

 Let's hope I remember how to do everything again. It seems like months since I scanned my last book but actually it's only been weeks. It's time to begin!

Welcome to my First Blog

In March I put my eBay Store, Greenlight Books & Gifts, on vacation because of down time I would need after surgery. My estimate of a few weeks has turned out to be wishful thinking on my part. I've just extended the vacation until April 21.

Right now, I'm able to use the computer, but I'm not able to sort through inventory or drive to the post office.

I'm anxious to be in touch with my customers and friends who also love to discuss children, children's books and learning to read.
