Most Recent Posts Read this before you buy my bracelets...this is why mine are better...Posted May-26-08 20:49:05 PDT Do beware of the fakes out there...many people selling these bracelets are people that have purchased one of mine and copied the design. Sadly, they are cutting corners in the following areas which make them inferior to mine: 1. They use inferior, imported cord that is NOT US military specification. It is commercial spec (if even that) and will bleed onto the other cord and shrink if it gets wet. My cord is military specification so does not need to be "pre-shrunk" like some other sellers suggest. 2. They also use inferior, imported buckles from China. 'nuf said on that. 3. They lack the experience in making these so they end up being tied loosely and end up having an uneven, flimsy appearance. I've had countless people who have owned theirs and mine come back and tell me that it's really obvious when you look at them side-by-side that mine is far superior to the copycats'. *I'M* not saying that...the people that own both are the ones saying that. Check my "About Me" page...there's an unsolicited letter from a retired Marine there about my bracelets. |
