Thing about MarylanD Fried Chicken....when I was a kid and we'd go on driving vacation, you'd always see Maryland Fried Chicken on the menus in Restaurants that weren't in Maryland. But you NEVER see Maryland Fried Chicken IN Maryland!

Fist time I ever saw the name was on a menu in North Carolina!

the Irish was my Dad's side, he was born there. then his family all sailed across to Scotland where he met my mum. So I'm Scottish/Irish with a wee bit of Spanish in there lol
