I have a problem with a customer....

Well, not really sure if it's a problem or a glitch, but it's odd.  Someone bought something from me on the 7th, I approved his payment via PayPal on the 8th.  It was the correct amount, and included shipping:

$24.99 + $5.50 = $30.49

 

Problem is, it is now listed in my waiting to be shipped section, and the shipping cost says FREE, then when I click on "print shipping label", this is what it says:

Item Title Qty Price Subtotal
$24.99 USD $24.99 USD
Total Shipping and Handling Paid by Recipient: $0.00 USD

WHY does it say this????  There are no refunds, nothing out of the ordinary - should state the shipping amount on eBay and PayPal shipping, but it doesn't.

Happened to anyone else?

Hello, I have not had it happen to me. but have had the shipping with pay pal be more than the USPS cost if I take it to the post office.

also they have some that are saying insurance has been purchased when it hasn't so double check things before you print a label out

i dont pay attention to what paypal shipping says, i look at what their paypal payment says they paid, they shipping part is always messed up on mine lately

I tried all morning to do two shipping payments,it did not work,was charging me a way different amount than what was correct.Just gonna do it at the PO.

Morning guys - thanks for the info. I had never had that happen before, so it's good to know it's probably a PayPal glitch. You never know with eBay/customers/PayPal, etc - could be anything! O.o
The guy definitely paid, as far as what my statement says, and I didn't see anything shady with him and his payment, so I suppose it's ok. I'll just print it out and hope everything goes well.
