I just added a new Proforce® Stretchmaster Leg Strecher machine to my store.  These things are great! 

After your workout, all you need to do is sit down in this stretching machine to stretch your legs!  Simply turn the gear-driven crank and the leg holders with attached wheels allow you to stretch beyond 180°.

I have been getting a lot of interest in the Boken practice swords.  Along with that interest, there has been quite a few questions about the swords.  Most people get a couple of these so they can more easily practice with a partner.
